We started Appetise to help us eat better, break out of a cooking rut, and explore and discover new recipes in a way that wouldn’t overwhelm us with admin. We love cooking, and we even enjoy the feeling of having our admin tasks sorted. But what we didn’t love was spending ages figuring out if we had the ingredients, the skills, or if it was the right season to cook recipes we found online.
We’d tried meal kits and found them quite handy, but didn’t like the inflexibility, the packaging or the value as much as we could.
So we built the best tool to help people eat locally, with variety, but with supermarket value and flexibility. We‘ve been joined by an incredible team and community around the business. Today we have tens of thousands of people eating our recipes, household brands working with us to offer you new tastes, and a community of people sharing recipes, inspiration and tips and tricks.
